Cookery books are not particularly known for their consistency.
This edition however, exists for more than 10 years now and has published 32 titles throughout the last decade. It combines fine recipes and their history from almost every part of the world.

The children's 'eco character' Graslöwe has been invented by the German Environmental Foundation. The Graslöwe is dedicated to intercultural communication of environmental issues and was the 2009 'ambassador' of the Auslandsgesellschaft Deutschland e.V.
From May 2010 on a frequent newsletter will be published.
